Path Construction is looking for an experienced and dedicated Safety Manager to join our team in the Arlington Heights, IL area. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. Provide safety training to construction personnel, including new hires and subcontractors. Investigate accidents and near misses, and develop strategies to prevent future incidents. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports. Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to construction safety. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred). Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Minimum of [insert number] years of experience in construction safety management. Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate construction personnel.
