In this role, the Senior BSA Investigator will be responsible for various tasks related to the Bank's BSA/AML Compliance Management Program to assure compliance with established policies and procedures to reduce liability or potential risk of penalties. Work ScheduleMonday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary)CompensationThe annual salary range for this role is $53,500 - $65,000/per year; commensurate with experience.Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business-related field, criminal justice, finance or equivalent experience requiredPrevious BSA/AML work experience preferred2+ years of related work experience preferably specializing in financial crimes, regulatory and/or law enforcement requiredAbility to independently monitor workload, deadlines and reporting requirementsSolid interpersonal, written and oral skillsEffective communication skills with the ability to articulate information to a diverse group and individuals Effective listening skills with the ability to digest and respond appropriately to management, customers and external contactsAbility to analyze historical data to identify patterns and form justifiable conclusionsStrong organization, investigative and researching skillsAbility to assist in various areas such as SARs, CTRs, OFAC and High-Risk monitoringProactive and good motivation with effective problem solving, negotiation and follow-up skillsThorough knowledge of AML/BSA regulations as it relates to identifying and reporting suspicious activityThorough knowledge of branch/back-office operationsStrong knowledge of bank systems, banking concepts, FinCEN guidelines and SAR requirementsBenefitsWe proudly offer a comprehensive benefits program for all employees.
