The Senior Digital Fraud Analyst will conducts and leads investigations into suspicious or high-risk activity within digital and online banking platforms. In addition to performing core fraud analyst functions — such as monitoring alerts, analyzing data, engaging with customers, and coordinating across departments — you will also serve as a subject matter expert, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the refinement of fraud prevention strategies and controls. This role is expected to perform all the responsibilities of a Digital Fraud Analyst, with added depth, autonomy, and leadership in both execution and strategic direction.Work Hours:Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary)CompensationThe annual salary range for this role is $62,000 - $ 82,000/year; commensurate with experience.The ideal candidate should have the following at a minimum:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, criminal justice, business analytics, related field, or equivalent work experience requiredFive or more years of experience in fraud investigations, financial crimes, or risk management, with demonstrated leadership on complex cases or fraud trend monitoring; strong proficiency in advanced analysis tools including SQL, BI platforms, or fraud detection systems requiredCAMS, CAFP, CFCS, or other fraud, BSA/AML, or compliance certification highly preferredDemonstrated excellence in analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to detect emerging fraud patterns and operational gapsExceptional attention to detail with advanced ability to interpret complex dataExcellent written and verbal communication skills across audiences, including internal teams and leadershipExcellent customer service and conflict resolution skills, particularly in escalated or sensitive casesSkilled at managing multiple high-priority tasks under tight deadlinesQuickly adapts to new tools and platforms; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and BI toolsWorks independently and reliably with minimal directionProvides guidance to others on best practices in investigation, documentation, and fraud responseBenefits: We proudly offer a comprehensive benefits program for all employees.
