Position Summary The Senior Fraud Management Associate plays a critical role in safeguarding the organization and its members from fraudulent activity. This position supports the daily operations of conducting fraud investigations, ensuring timely and accurate resolution, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including required reporting. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners, the Senior Fraud Management Associate helps to maintain a strong fraud management program that protects assets, mitigates risk, and promotes member trust. This role also contributes to the development of fraud prevention strategies and supports continuous improvement of investigative procedures. Qualifications/Experience2-4 years of experience in fraud investigations or related financial investigative operations. Experience collaborating across teams and handling sensitive information with integrity. Understanding of banking operations and payment systems (e.g., check, wire, ACH, online and mobile banking). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to document findings accurately Ability to learn new systems and apply them effectively in investigations. Ability to recognize suspicious patterns and apply investigative procedures accurately. Well organized, with the ability to multitask. Willingness to learn, ask questions, and apply sound judgement.
