.As a Quoting Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our Sales team as they work with existing and potential customers across an array of industries. Technical Sales Coordinator will help organize and enter custom quote requests for the Sales team to deliver. Responsibilities: Data Entry into Xometry Quote PlatformRetrieve Quote Request information from both Automated and Manual channelsOrganize information for engineering review Dimension Drawing reviewRFQ document comprehensionCAD file review Engage with Sales personnel for document clarification and correctionComplete online and offline templates with available informationProduce DRAFT quotes per approved methodologyPresent / Submit DRAFT quotes to Quote EngineersMaintain quote databases in a real time basisReview and set-up custom quotes using Xometry’s platform Review 3D models and 2D drawings for the purpose of quoting and design-for-manufacturing feedback High-volume data entry, transfer, and management Performs all work in compliance with Xometry's quality and safety systems, policies and procedures. Customer Support Responsibilities: Review Salesforce Cases and Emails for service requestsAnswer requests whenever possibleDirect requests to subject matter experts as required This job is for you, if you have: Associate degree or higher or equivalent experience Preferably in a manufacturing or technology related field Technical aptitude to pick up general technical aspects of various manufacturing technologiesKnowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing is a plusmanufacturing background Customer service orientedDemonstrated attention to detail Previous experience with high-volume data entry and management High energy and comfortable interfacing with coworkersCommunicates effectively in a polite and enthusiastic manner #LI-Remote Here at Xometry we believe in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
