Ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekend and holidays) as required to complete assigned duties.ResponsibilitiesRECRUITING OPERATIONS:Assists with coordinating all recruiting efforts (game days activities, official visits and unofficial visits, and other Football recruiting events). Assists with the documentation of all forms related to Football recruiting.FILM/EVALUATION PROCESS:Maintains up-to-date prospective student-athlete profiles and film profiles on behalf of assigned assistant coach(s). Serves as a liaison between assigned assistant coach(s) and video staff, providing specific video information and statistics as requested. Provides computer break down of video for prospective student-athlete. Organizes and distributes all video. Maintains up-to-date recruiting board on behalf of assigned assistant coach(s).CAMP/CLINIC:Assists the Football Camp Director with camp logistics.COMPLIANCE:Maintains continual and thorough familiarity with all applicable NCAA, Conference, and University rules and regulations. Establishes and ensures communication and enforcement of rules and regulations concerning student-athlete: conduct, appearance, road games, punctuality, and other areas as deemed appropriate. Maintains awareness of and supports the initiatives of the Athletics Department.Qualifications Required Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Three years of experience in athletic administration, football recruiting, football operation and/or football coaching experience at high school or colligate level.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Proven knowledge of NCAA rules.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to use word processing, spreadsheets, and database programs.Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to plan and organize effectively.Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.Why Texas A&M University?We are a prestigious university with strong traditions, Core Values, and a community of caring and collaboration.
