Job Title: ServiceNow Engineer. (Two Positions)Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)Duration: 12-Month ContractEmployment Type: W2 OnlyInterview Process: Second round must be in-person, so only nearby candidates will be considered.Position Overview:We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid work schedule. This role requires hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization, with additional knowledge of SDLC and Agile frameworks. Candidates should have strong JavaScript and platform integration experience and hold relevant ServiceNow certifications based on the level of expertise.Job Expectations:Work onsite 3 days a week in the Charlotte office (Hybrid work model).Participate in in-person interview for final selection (mandatory for shortlisted candidates).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions.Contribute to full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.Required Qualifications:4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related field.4+ years of experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow application development experience including workflows, integrations, and platform technologies.3+ years of JavaScript development experience.Experience working in Agile development environments.Desired Qualifications:1+ years of experience with risk applications or ServiceNow GRC.1+ years of experience with Node.js.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Certifications (Required/Preferred based on level)SE2 – Mid-Level Engineer:(CSA) Certified Systems Administrator2–3 years of ServiceNow experienceSE3 – Senior Engineer:(CAD) Certified Application Developer3+ years in ServiceNow Application DevelopmentSE4 – Lead/Architect:5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experienceArchitecture and Operational Lead-level experienceArcher integration experience is a plusAdditional Preferred Certifications:(CIS) Certified Implementation SpecialistNote:This is a W2-only position.Local candidates only due to mandatory onsite work and in-person interview.TopTech Talent is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
