The Pavilion at Queens for Rehabilitation & Nursing - Position Overview: The Resident Care Coordinator/Concierge plays a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors at The Pavilion at Queens. As the first point of contact, the Concierge enhances the resident and guest experience by providing a high level of customer service, coordinating services, and ensuring communication between departments runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Greet residents, families, and guests in a friendly, professional. and timely manner. Coordinate admission agreements with all new admissions and handle all new admission intake pictures. Respond promptly to resident and family requests, resolving concerns or directing them to the appropriate department. Provide information about the facility’s amenities, services, daily events, therapy schedules, and dining options. Support admissions and marketing teams with tours and orientation of the facility. Support various administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Minimum High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 1–2 years of customer service or hospitality experience, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or luxury service industries. Must be comfortable working with a sick/disabled population. Must be able to display high level of compassion and sensitivity and be able to de-escalate, high stress situations. Strong problem-solving abilities and a compassionate, patient-centered mindset. Spanish or Mandarin speaking is a plus. Schedule: Monday-Friday 9-5.
