Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.Experience in home care, health services, or a related client-facing role (preferred.)Ability to manage complex scheduling operations and multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Familiarity with home care scheduling systems and strong documentation, and organizational skills.Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to HIPAA and organizational standards.#ElaraGA
