We value dignity, respect, and a supportive work environment where professionals can thrive.Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessment, treatment planning, clinical supervision, and ongoing evaluation of ABA interventions delivered in the home and community. The BCBA collaborates closely with parents, educators, RBTs/therapists, and interdisciplinary partners to ensure a holistic and person-centered approach. This is a key clinical position in launching Norway’s home-based EIDBI ABA services, where ethical practice, data-based decision making, and collaboration are central.Key Responsibilities:Conduct Assessments: Complete functional behavior assessments and skills assessments to identify needs, strengths, and barriers to independence.Develop Treatment Plans: Create and modify individualized treatment plans (ITPs) using ABA principles, aligned with the child’s and family’s goals, values, language, and cultural background.Provide Intervention: Deliver and oversee evidence-based ABA interventions in the home and community, promoting skill development and reduction of barrier behaviors.Monitor Progress: Collect and analyze data to track progress on goals and adjust strategies to ensure meaningful outcomes.Family Training: Provide caregiver training, education, and support to strengthen skill generalization in daily routines and empower families.Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely case notes and treatment records in accordance with EIDBI requirements and professional standards.Coordinate Care: Participate in coordinated care conferences and collaborate with interdisciplinary partners, educators, and service providers to ensure cohesive support for the child and family.Clinical Supervision: Provide observation, coaching, and direction to Level I, II, and III staff delivering ABA services; uphold ethical and professional supervision standards.Ethical and Cultural Practice: Maintain confidentiality, uphold BACB ethics, and provide culturally sensitive, family-centered care.Professional Development: Engage in ongoing supervision, training, and continuing education to maintain certification and stay current with best practices in ABA.Qualifications:Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related human services field from an accredited institution.Certification: Active BCBA certification in good standing, with at least two years of post-certification experience (or prior approval). Must meet EIDBI requirements to serve as a QSP provider.Experience: Demonstrated competence in behavior management, assessment, instructional strategies, and caregiver collaboration. Experience working with children or youth of varying ages and support needs, and the ability to work independently in home-based settings.Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, solid data-based decision-making abilities, and proficiency with ABA methodologies such as DTT and naturalistic teaching.
