Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and ensuring ongoing progress through assessments and collaboration with families and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and evaluate individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and training to direct support providers
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for clients and their families
  • Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) including goals, interventions, and progress tracking
  • Train staff in implementing behavior interventions across home, classroom, and community settings
  • Offer model teaching, practicum supervision, and in-service training for staff
  • Collaborate with other professionals (e.g., physicians, SLPs, OTs, nutritionists) as needed for holistic care
  • Lead and participate in care conferences and family education sessions
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to review treatment plans and behavior strategies
  • Supervise direct care staff on a daily basis as needed
  • Attend relevant ABA trainings and continuing education programs
  • Consult with caregivers, parents, and school staff to support the generalization of skills
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in one of the following fields: education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavioral science, human development, social work, or rehabilitation
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA services to children with autism
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
