This role is tasked with overseeing and executing brand campaigns in post sale by delivering best in class client service.3 best things about the jobBe part of one of the fastest-growing Global influencer marketing agenciesThe chance to work on key clients with a vast array of campaign elements including different platforms, creator types, paid strategy, affiliate marketing, measurement, and strategy.Joining the business at a time of growth and expansion in the NA (North America) regionMeasures of success – In the first few months, you would have:Met the team: Spent 1:1 with your manager and other team members to build rapport and understand how your role fits into the overall structure of the pod.Familiarized yourself with key processes: Particular reference to our internal campaign trackers, sourcing, and creator selection processes.Learned our key systems: Reference to Slack, Google Workspace, IQ Data, and Waves.Established creator comms understanding: Jumped into any contract negotiations, concept and content review, and onboarded them to Waves.Creator management: Draft contracts using our internal processes and platforms, work on creator briefs, deliver creator lists including outsource reach out negotiations and management of creators, share creator guidelines across campaigns.Initiated minimal client interaction: Answer client questions when on-ground and support client comms on calls and via email with help from the manager.Roles & Responsibilities:Oversee campaign execution for specific influencer marketing campaignsSit within a team of client service individuals who support each other on campaign executionTake on client facing ownership and responsibilities alongside the Account Director and Senior Account Director to help drive consistent client communication and success in post saleJoin, lead, and support on key client meetingsManaging & working collaboratively to support new business and upsell opportunities with the clientSupport in achieving and exceeding monthly client and business KPI targetsLead influencer contract negotiations and managementSupport the Account Director in budget management, forecasting and tracking project cash flow, campaign spending, and cost of serviceLead development of Post Campaign Analysis reports & present to the client in partnership with Insights & Measurement TeamContinuously focus on best in class client service and output of work for our partnerWhat you will need:5+ years working in an agency or brand within client services, influencer marketing and/or talent marketingExperience in account management, creator management, measurement, paid media and working within a revenue organizationExperience working with food & beverage brands, including QSRExperience identifying and sourcing creator talentExperience negotiating contracts with creators, agents, managers and/or attorneysExperience scoping and planning content calendar based on creator rates and client KPIsExperience in creator and/or creator agency outreachExperience executing campaigns across many of the social platforms including TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest and SnapExperience working on multiple campaign responsibilities and projects simultaneouslyExperience in delivering post-campaign analysis presentation and reportsExperience in reviewing legal agreements with creators and brands with an understanding of usage and payment termsExperience in revenue recognition systems and processesYou are commercially aware, detail-oriented, organized, confident, polished, dynamic and communicate exceptionally wellVery comfortable with spreadsheets, numbers and data analysisYou are extremely comfortable leading client calls, presentations and conversationsYou are nimble, forward thinking, strategic and comfortable with ambiguityYou are positive, collaborative and exude leadership qualitiesExperience and knowledge of CRM tools such as Hubspot and Salesforce is a plusExperience with designing decks is a plusA few of our core benefits:Medical Benefits through InsperityWellbeing support including EAP & Mental Health cover401K with match opportunity22 days of Paid Time Off (+ Federal Holidays which can be flexed to your needs)For more information on our benefits, perks and what makes us unique, please visit our website hereAt Influencer, we’re committed to cultivating an environment that promotes diversity, equity and inclusion.
