Perhaps our search for talented visionaries and your search for important and impactful work lead to the same place.The Boston office is seeking a midlevel private fund associate (3rd – 5th year) with extensive experience working established and emerging sponsors of private funds with respect private fund formation and ongoing operational matters related to private funds. Ideal candidates must have significant experience on the general partners (GP) side of funds.Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
