Their commitment to building a close-knit fondue family proved successful.  The Melting Pot - Rogers is seeking skillful and competent restaurant leaders with experience in front of house and/or back/heart of house restaurant operations. Experience in upper end, polished restaurant concepts is desirable.Key Responsibilities: Staff management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff, including waitstaff, bartenders, and hosts.Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure service standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols are met.Inventory and ordering: Manage inventory and assist in placing orders for food, beverages, and supplies.Guest relations: Address guest comments and concerns, and manage reservations and private events.Administrative tasks: Assist with payroll, financial results, and other administrative duties.Strategic support: Help develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence, manage costs, and increase guest satisfaction.General manager support: Fill in for the General Manager, Kitchen Manager and Front of the house Manager when they are absent. Qualifications and SkillsExperience: at least 3 years of experience in upper end, polished restaurant management or a related field.Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.Financial acumen: Ability to assist with managing labor costs, assisting with scheduling based on need and financial performance.Operational knowledge: Familiarity with Toast and Restaurant 365 systems, reservation platforms, and health and safety regulations for the state of Arkansas.Problem-solving: Ability to handle a variety of situations and resolve issues as they arise.
