The HR Generalist will spend two days a week in the Honda dealership and three days a week in the Toyota/Lexus/BMW dealership. Specific Job Responsibilities:Manage all State College recruiting including developing relationships with local schools for apprenticeships & filling entry level positionsManage job postings using organization ATSScreen applications and forward qualified candidates to Hiring ManagersAssist with interviews as requestedHandle onboarding process from job offer to meeting with the new hire on their first day for orientationHandle benefits administration during onboarding processAct as a liaison between team members and insurance providers to resolve benefit related concernsHandle FMLA administrationAssist with employee relations concerns such as disciplinary action, coaching and terminations when neededAttend all safety committee meetings and assist the corporate Safety OfficerWork with and assist corporate HR departmentOther duties as assigned. WHAT YOU'LL BRINGThe ideal candidate will have proven Human Resources experience and excel at building strong relationships, offering clear guidance, communicating effectively, and demonstrating a high level of accountability.
