As the Benefits Specialist, you’ll play an integral part in leading various HR projects to continually develop great HR processes and create a supportive environment for our Global team. Your experience in handling sensitive, confidential information is critical. To be successful in this role, you’ll need strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet important deadlines. #LI-Hybrid Essential functionsManage the daily activity of Global Benefit Plans for all team members, including our international teams. This includes Retirement, Medical, Dental, Vision Disability, Life Insurance plans, Health Savings Accounts, Employee Assistance Programs.Effectively manage and interpret LOA, Workers’ compensation processes including claims monitoring and ADA implications as they related to leaves of absences/disabilities.Conduct New Hire Benefit Orientation and participate in annual Open Enrollment.Troubleshoot and assist Team Members in HRIS system (WorkDay).Your experience and backgroundA Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field of study and 2-3 years of experience is preferred OR equivalent combination of education and HR experience is required.Working knowledge of global leave laws, benefit administration and processes.Working knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent communication and customer service skills.What you can expect from us Because we’re a well-known and respected leader in packaging, we have many opportunities here.
