We’ll bring the leadsCompensation:$100,000 OTE + bonusResponsibilities:Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele Your Role:Convert warm, qualified inbound leads into premium estate planning clientsConduct powerful consultative sales calls with executives, professionals, and affluent familiesGuide prospects through premium service offerings with clarity and confidenceMaintain an aggressive, disciplined follow-up cadenceKeep deals moving with urgency and controlNever let hesitation or slow responses kill momentumUse HubSpot to run a clean, tight, metrics-driven pipelineTrack KPIs, forecast results, and operate like a true sales professionalEnsure seamless handoff to our legal team once deals are locked inQualifications:Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases Proven track record in high-value, consultative salesExperience with C-level or high-net-worth clienteleStrong communication, discovery, and objection-handling skillsProficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)Excellent time management and follow-throughThis Role Is Not For You If:You need constant direction or hand-holdingYou avoid direct, high-impact conversationsYou can’t handle a fast-paced, high-volume pipelineYou shy away from talking to high-level decision-makersThis Role Is For You If:You have 2+ years of high-ticket closing experience (legal, financial, insurance, consulting, or similar)You’re confident selling to executives, business owners, and affluent clientsYou’re bold, direct, and unafraid to challenge objectionsYou thrive in a performance-based environmentYou want your work to genuinely make a difference for familiesYou operate with discipline, clarity, and strong communication skillsAbout CompanyGrimaldi Law Firm isn’t your typical legal shop—we’re a fast-growing, mission-driven firm that’s redefining what it means to support families through life’s biggest decisions.From estate planning to real estate closings, we help people protect what matters most and build lasting wealth.And we don’t stop there.
