We're searching for an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and support business growth. You'll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. $100,000 OTE + bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
  • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
  • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
  • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
  • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele

Your Role:

  • Close the deal: Convert warm leads into open estate planning cases.
  • Relentless follow-up: You'll stalk your pipeline (in a good way) and never let a potential client slip through.
  • Ask the hard stuff: "What's stopping you?" isn't just a line—it's your weapon.
  • Track like a pro: Use HubSpot to manage follow-ups, track KPIs, and move people through our funnel.
  • Collaborate with legal teams: Ensure a smooth client experience once the deal is sealed.

Qualifications:

  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
  • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car
