As an intern, you’ll be immersed in all aspects of the process of building software — taking a product idea from concept to reality, shaping how it’s defined, built, and launched. Interns will be placed in a specific product area as part of the interview process — we’ll identify the best fit between your interests and our teams’ current needs. In any of the roles, you’ll be working alongside some of the best engineers, designers, and PMs in the industry on high-impact projects that shape the future of the Rippling platform.Product Leads set the pace for their teams; they own the whole outcome; and they build the right stuff. Be the driving force that keeps attention on a complex problem until we arrive at an acceptable solutionDig into details and “go-and-see” how customers are using the product and what their challenges are, and prioritize what Rippling should build to help themWork closely with engineers and designers to scope, refine and launchCollaborate across teams, including Sales, Support, and Marketing, to align on product direction and rollout strategy.Learn and practice product development in a real-world, high-growth SaaS environment.What you will needCurrently enrolled in an MBA or master’s-level program with an anticipated graduation date in 2027A minimum of 2 years full-time work experienceStrong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.Prior exposure to tech, software, or startup environments through work, projects, or side venturesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
