A Career with Point72’s Strategic Implementation Team The Strategic Implementation Team at Point72 is responsible for leading complex cross-functional initiatives at our firm. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced program managers and engage with leaders across Strategy, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology to execute projects that support the growth of our businesses. About the Strategic Implementation Internship Learning the end-to-end program cycle and project management best practices will provide key skills that you can leverage across a variety of roles throughout your career. During the 10-week program based in our New York City office, you will gain exposure to: A small and collaborative team to gain a foundational understanding of strategic initiatives within a global companyCoordinating, developing meeting materials, and executing deliverables for top firm initiatives while working in conjunction with business unitsCollaborating with representatives from functions across the firm to create detailed project plans and timelinesThe development and deployment of the strategic operating modelSupporting workstream meetings with stakeholdersDocumenting current state and conducting root cause analysis, and partnering with stakeholders to develop solutionsSupporting development playbooks for key activities Summer Internship Program at Point72 In addition to the learning and development you’ll receive in your day-to-day role with your team, as a part of our summer internship program you will: Work alongside your fellow interns and be mentored by experienced professionalsMeet your peers through designated intern programming, volunteer opportunities, and social eventsAttend sessions with senior leaders discussing their expertise and career pathsGet hands on access to the wealth of tools and resources that Point72 employees use every dayGain exposure to groups and functions with unique responsibilities and perspectives on our industryDevelop technical, writing, and presentation skillsParticipate in networking opportunities across the firm, with groups such as Trading, Finance, Trade Support, Compliance, and Technology What’s required Expected bachelor’s degree (Fall 2026 or Spring 2027)Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailStrong analytical, writing, and verbal communicationDemonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the teamCommitment to the highest ethical standards About Point72 Point72 is a leading global alternative investment firm led by Steven A.
