Summary The marketing manager focuses on account management, building partner relationships, developing, and delivering quality marketing materials that adhere to brand standards and supporting the curation of member journey mapping and retention. Account Management: Work collaboratively with marketing team, plan leaders, executive team, and sales team to adapt or create new marketing tactics, deliverables, messaging, and design to support member retention and growth and meet external stakeholder’s expectations and maintaining brand standards Interpret creative direction and technical information and turning them into persuasive copy concepts Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, style guidelines, and consistency in messaging across all marketing channels.
