The Opportunity We're seeking Corporate Sponsorship Directors to secure business partnerships as we expand globally. This commission-based role offers purpose-driven work, mental health support, leadership training, and high earning potential while addressing the $8.9 trillion global loneliness crisis. Your Mission Connect businesses to purpose by building strategic corporate partnerships that provide sustainable funding while helping businesses address workplace loneliness, which costs companies approximately $36,295 per employee annually in turnover costs. Primary Responsibilities Secure corporate sponsors with monthly agreements ranging from $600-$7,500 Capture business leader stories for the Voice Up platform Create sponsorship proposals highlighting ROI for businesses Manage relationships with corporate partners Represent Voice Up at business events and networking opportunities Commission Structure 15-25% commission on all secured sponsorships Performance bonuses and accelerated rates for multi-year agreements Referral bonuses for introducing additional partners Ideal Qualifications Track record in corporate sponsorship or B2B sales Experience in government, education, healthcare, non-profits, or technology Strong relationship-building skills with executives Passion for addressing mental health challenges Self-motivated with ability to work independently Why Join Us Address the Surgeon General's declared epidemic of loneliness Work with diverse executive team with Fortune 500 leadership experience Contribute to a solution with 97.1% user satisfaction Make a difference through accessible, trauma-informed education How to Apply Submit your resume and cover letter to .
