Account Executive

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging your existing network.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales documentation that highlight our services and capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on progress toward goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
- Support clients and maintain relationships beyond project completion, ensuring continued satisfaction and repeat business.
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the exhibit and event industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Be available to travel as needed to events and client meetings.
Compensation:
- Commission-based with a draw against commissions for financial support during the initial ramp-up period.
