We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales, building lasting client relationships, and generating new business within the exhibit, event, and trade show industries. You'll work with a talented team across marketing, design, engineering, and production to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging your existing network.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales documentation that highlight our services and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on progress toward goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
  • Support clients and maintain relationships beyond project completion, ensuring continued satisfaction and repeat business.
Skills:
  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the exhibit and event industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Be available to travel as needed to events and client meetings.

Compensation:
  • Commission-based with a draw against commissions for financial support during the initial ramp-up period.
  • Additional incentives and bonuses based on reaching specific sales milestones.
