SwimRVA is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Senior Relationship Coordinator-Enrollment The SwimRVA Relationship team strives to provide amazing first impressions and build relationships with those we serve to ensure a great overall experience. The SwimRVA Senior Relationship Coordinator-Enrollment will establish and maintain relationships for new and current members of the Swim School, Water Polo and Artistic Swimming programs. The Senior Relationship Coordinator-Enrollment will provide positive experiences for onboarding participants and transitions from the SwimRVA Swim School and Camps to the SwimRVA competitive programs (Swim Team, Water Polo, Artistic Swimming, Hammerheads). The Senior Relationship Coordinator's attitude greatly reflects the rest of the SwimRVA team and is a critical customer facing position that will support the multi-site/regional growth of SwimRVA.

The SwimRVA Senior Relationship Coordinator-Enrollment job duties:

  • Performs his or her job in a friendly, courteous manner.
  • Implements evening program and membership workflow, roster management, and welcome folder distribution.
  • Manages enrollment data using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Help with new member onboarding and welcoming new member families.
  • Serve as a key member of the Relationship team and perform all Relationship department duties as needed.
  • Maintain weekly visits and touchpoints with families at all locations (CSAC, North, MBK, Church Hill).
  • Creates, implements, and manages enrollment processes for Swim School, Water polo, Artistic Swimming.
  • Manages the SwimRVA Swim School wait list and delegates as needed with SwimRVA Relationship Coaches.
  • Designs and delivers a stewardship program for prospective clients on waitlists.
  • Coordinates transition between Swim School, Camps, and SwimRVA competitive programs.
  • Reports weekly statistics on enrollments and transitions.
  • Assists in set up and take down for meets and events.
  • All other duties assigned.

Qualifications

  • Customer service oriented, organized, efficient, and positive
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to assist in setup & load outs of various events
  • Main availability should be nights and weekends.
  • Able to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds
