Job Description

At Infojini, we are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Project Coordinator to lead our project delivery team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and successful project completion.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating Agile ceremonies, tracking project progress, and establishing an effective team environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Refinement, and Release Planning.
* Track and communicate project's progress from a schedule, cost, and risk perspective to the project team, stakeholders, and management.
* Establish an effective team environment and remove obstacles.
* Protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
* Ensure good relationships between the team, product owner, and others outside the team.

Requirements

* Strong understanding of software development life cycle models and Agile principles.
* Expert ability to work with customers, understand business practices, and manage expectations.
* Ability to set clear performance standards and hold team members accountable, keeping the team engaged and on track.
* Expertise in mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to analyze and document business and system processes.
* Expert ability to balance competing demands for quality, scope, schedule, and cost.
