Position Overview:

Our Project Managers play a critical role in overseeing the entire life cycle of custom home projects, from design through to completion. This individual will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury residential construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage subcontractors, budgets, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure all parties are aligned with project goals.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Monitor quality control throughout the construction process to ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Ensure excellent client relations, addressing concerns promptly and maintaining a high level of satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Handle project closeouts, including final inspections, walkthroughs, and resolving any punch list items.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing custom home or luxury residential construction projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering high-end, complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and best practices for luxury homes.
  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, and change orders.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, etc.) is a plus.
  • High attention to detail, quality, and client satisfaction.
