Bilingual HR Manager

KRAEM USA is seeking a full-time, on-site Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Human Resources Specialist for our location in Auburn, AL.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing HR-related matters, collaborating with staffing agencies, assisting with purchasing, and overseeing office inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with staffing agencies to meet hiring needs

  • Manage HR-related matters, including policy implementation and compliance

  • Assist with purchasing and invoices

  • Develop and implement an inventory management system for office supplies and worker tools/supplies, and maintain accurate inventory levels.

  • Develop and maintain reports, documents, and spreadsheets using PowerPoint and Excel

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of HR experience

  • Proven ability to implement and manage HR policies

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in tracking inventory and coordinating purchasing needs

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

  • Fluent in Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
