Clover Healthcare is seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to join our team as a Human Resources Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resources function at one of our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and administer benefits packages.
  • Assist in addressing employee questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure payroll is accurately prepared and reported to the corporate office on time.
  • Process and file workers' compensation claims.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of safety and disaster plans.
  • Recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
  • Oversee the performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
  • Approve and monitor employee counseling, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Suggest and implement training opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in community events and represent Clover Healthcare in a positive and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • An Associate's Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Acceptable fluency in English to perform job duties and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
