Inside Sales Representative/ Call Confirmer

As our call confirmer and inside sales representative, your primary responsibility will be to initiate and cultivate relationships with potential buyers on behalf of our company. You will play a crucial role in the sales process by securing appointments for our design consultant team and facilitating opportunities for them to present our products and services. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, outgoing personality, and a positive attitude to generate qualified leads and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
With demonstrated and consistent success, a career driven call confirmer will have the opportunity for promotion into an Account Management role within the first year of employment. Account Managers earn a higher salary with unlimited earning potential
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Quickly identify potential business clients and decision-makers with speed to lead tactics.
- Utilize various channels, including cold calling, texting, email outreach, and social media to generate leads.
- Heavy cold calling, averaging 15 connected conversations daily and schedule 20+ qualified appointments per month utilizing our internal calling systems and CRM.
2. Engagement and Qualification:
- Initiate contact with potential clients and engage them in conversations about our 5 Star products and services.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
3. Appointment Setting:
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads. Maintain an effective close rate on all leads.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
- Ensure that appointments scheduled are quickly confirmed or moved up to minimize schedule breakage.
- Make sure decision makers will be present for all appointments
4. CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Track progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to appointment setting.
5. Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their priorities and adjust appointment-setting strategies accordingly.
- Provide detailed information about scheduled appointments to ensure seamless transitions.
6. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
- Seek feedback from the sales team to continuously improve appointment-setting strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Must be bilingual English/ Spanish
- 2+ years of Proven experience as an Inside Sales SDR or similar role in a B2B environment with high volume prospecting and calling.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude while pursuing leads.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of leads and appointments.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different industries, products, and client personas.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with the sales team and other departments.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- AA or BA preferred but not required.

Comp Plan:
- $40,000-50,000 Base Salary
- $50 Bonus for securing an appointment with standard lead agitators. Plus additional $50 if appointment is a sale
Job Type: Full-time
Shift:
- 8-4 Monday-Friday
- Occasional weekend shift may be asked
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus

Experience:
