Position Overview:We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Veterinarian to join our team. This role is integral to our practice, requiring a deep commitment to patient care, surgical expertise, and the ability to handle a diverse caseload, including routine wellness exams, complex surgeries, and emergency cases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for a diverse range of patients.- Perform a wide array of surgical procedures, from routine spay/neuter to more complex soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries.- Lead and manage emergency cases with precision, ensuring that both patients and clients receive the best possible care during critical times.- Collaborate closely with our team of veterinary technicians and support staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning and mutual respect.- Engage with clients in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring they are fully informed and comfortable with the care and treatment plans for their pets.- Uphold the highest standards of medical record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.- Commit to ongoing professional development, staying abreast of the latest advancements in veterinary medicine.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school.- Current license to practice in California, or eligibility to obtain licensure.- Strong surgical skills and the ability to manage a wide range of procedures confidently (experienced veterinarians).- New graduates with a willingness to learn and absorb knowledge from experienced colleagues are highly encouraged to apply.- Proven ability to manage emergency situations with calmness and professionalism.- Strong communication skills, with a focus on patient care and client satisfaction.- A genuine passion for veterinary medicine and a commitment to providing the highest standard of care.
