· Condominium/Community Association Law
· Landlord/Tenant Law
· Commercial/Residential Real Estate
· Litigation

 

We are looking for candidates with the following skills, or a strong desire to learn:

 

- Litigation work from filing complaints through appearances at trial.

- Supporting clients by drafting agreements, contracts, memoranda, conducting legal research and attending community association board meetings.

- Collaborating with other attorneys and paraprofessionals to assist clients with day-to-day problems.

- Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and complete time sensitive assignments.

Our services to associations include construction defect litigation, as well as other litigation matters, collection of delinquent unit owner maintenance fees, ADR, interpretation of governing documents, drafting resolutions, contracts and amendments to governing documents. For our apartment clients, we handle evictions from preparation of required Notices, to the filing of eviction complaints, court appearances and warrants of removal. We also draft leases, assist in solving landlord/tenant disputes and represent landlords at rent control hearings and in Civil Rights actions.
