Per-Diem Attorney (Remote/Local)

Our Firm’s Main Practice areas include:
· Condominium/Community Association Law
· Landlord/Tenant Law

· Land-use and Construction Defect
· Commercial/Residential Real Estate

· Estate planning
· Litigation

Responsibilities for this position (include but are not limited to:)
· Trial preparation and Court Appearances

· Attendance at board meetings for community associations
· Drafting and preparing contracts, motions, briefs, judgments, letters, memoranda and resolutions, and amendments, etc.
· Legal Research using Westlaw

Qualifications:
· New York Bar License

This is a remote position; however, some in-office visits may be necessary. Candidate should be relatively local. Our Main Office Location:

We also draft leases, assist in solving landlord/tenant disputes and represent landlords at rent control hearings and in Civil Rights actions.
