Position Summary
Project Executives are responsible for the direction, completion, and financial performance of commercial construction projects. This role involves guiding project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring client satisfaction from project inception to final closeout.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain client relationships and satisfaction.
  • Oversee financial performance of projects.
  • Manage project schedules, quality, safety, and budgets.
  • Lead and support project teams.
  • Assess project risks and apply mitigation strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Solid technical and business knowledge within construction management.
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
  • Leadership and team development skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, and cost control.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 10-15+ years of relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
