Griffin Funding is a national direct lender focusing on Non-QM (DSCR, Bank Stmt, & 5-10 units), VA and HELOANs Loans in 27 states. We are seeking experienced Loan Officers to call and close our leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Dial for dollars / Must be comfortable on the phone
  • Advise borrowers on financial status and available loan options
  • Guide customers through the loan application process
  • File loan applications and supporting documents
  • Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans

​Qualifications:

  • Preferred at least 2 years of experience as a licensed loan officer taking and managing leads
  • 2yrs + experience in Non-QM preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with financial and lending practices
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be NMLS licensed
  • Must be cleared by background check
  • ***No license required for Business Purpose Loans (DSCR)***

Earning potential of up to $300,000+ per year
