The Role

We are seeking an experienced, consultative Account Executive (AE) to drive long-term, high-value client relationships. This is not a transactional sales role—our sales cycles are strategic, requiring deep engagement with C-level executives and IT decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell multi-year, outcome-based IT solutions (MSP, cybersecurity, cloud, compliance, and business continuity).
  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and close.
  • Engage and influence C-level executives (CIOs, COOs, CFOs) and IT leadership.
  • Develop tailored IT strategies for prospects, aligning Infradapt's solutions with business goals.
  • Manage complex sales cycles (3-9+ months) with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceed revenue quotas by closing deals ranging from $50K to $500K+ ACV. (Annual Contract Value)
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create customized proposals and presentations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in MSP, cybersecurity, cloud, or IT consulting.
  • Proven success in long sales cycles and high-value, consultative selling.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and IT leaders.
  • Quota attainment track record: Demonstrated ability to exceed targets with $50K+ ACV deals.
  • Strong understanding of managed IT services, cloud, cybersecurity, and business continuity.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills—able to simplify technical concepts for business leaders.
  • Self-driven, process-oriented, and committed to delivering real business outcomes for clients.
