Job Overview:
As an Office Manager, you will oversee our office's daily administrative functions and provide support to our property management team. This critical role involves handling a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to emails.
  • Proficient in Accounts Payable functions.
  • Processing Payroll for various clients.
  • Coordinate property maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, for tenant records, lease agreements, and other important documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, invoices, and tenant communications.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including rent collection and payment processing.
  • Support property managers, inspections, and meetings.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain office equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants, property owners, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative support, preferably within the property management or real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
