About Us:
We are a reputable commercial electric company specializing in providing high-quality electrical services to businesses. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, experienced administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and skilled in various administrative tasks to support our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing & Invoicing: Manage and process billing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Inventory Management: Track and process incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring records are up to date.
  • Returns Management: Handle inventory returns in a timely and accurate manner.
  • QuickBooks Desktop: Maintain financial records, create invoices, track payments, and reconcile accounts.
  • Communication: Respond to emails and inquiries via Gmail, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Data Entry: Input and maintain various company records, paying close attention to accuracy.
  • General Administrative Support: Assist with daily office operations and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Physical Tasks: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required for inventory handling.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a commercial or service-based industry.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop for managing accounts, invoicing, and financial tracking.
  • Proficient in Gmail and other office software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with billing, receiving, and returning inventory.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the electrical or construction industry is a plus, but not required.
