About Us:
Tampa Flooring Gallery has served residential and commercial flooring clients in our area since 1998. We recently expanded into the kitchen, bath and outdoor cabinet segment with Gallery Kitchen, Bath and Outdoor.
Gallery Kitchen, Bath and Outdoor designs and installs cabinets and countertops for single family and multi-family projects utilizing our own design and sales team. We also sell and install commercial cabinetry and countertops.
Job Overview:
Tampa Flooring Gallery and Gallery Kitchen, Bath and Outdoor are seeking to hire a top performing 20/20 designer and salesperson with flooring and cabinet sales experience to sell at our corporate showroom offices.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be creative sales professional who is self-motivated and independent, a great communicator, highly organized, and one who enjoys a team atmosphere. Our motto is WORK HARD & PLAY HARD and we are looking for an individual who isn’t afraid to work hard at prospecting, networking, and proposal writing. The right individual will play a key part in the expansion of this company and will have the opportunity to grow as the company grows.
Job Details:
- Experience using 20/20 design software is required.
- Flooring and Cabinet Sales experience required
- Prospect and build a sales pipeline using networking, relationship building
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent service
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus for engaging with a diverse customer base
Experience:
- Proven experience in design and sales of home improvement products
- Strong business development skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
