Quality Assurance Assistant

Summary: This position will assist with establishing and implementing quality system procedures, drive continuous improvement, and ensure these systems, procedures, and improvement objectives are adhered to through quality audits. Also required to review paperwork on outgoing shipments to help ensure that parts meet all quality requirements. Responsibilities: • Interprets and implements quality assurance standards within the organization to ensure quality care to the clients • Participates in quality assurance policies and procedures reviews • Support Internal / External document control and revision management • Completion of miscellaneous customer quality related requests including providing compliance evidence for regulatory requirements and special projects • Maintain company Contact Materials List and associated safety data sheets – add/update as required • Assist with documenting and follow up from internal and external quality audits • Navigate and utilize internal systems to perform daily tasks including visual quality • Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: • Detail-oriented, strong written, and oral communication skills • Ability to work independently and prioritize deadlines appropriately • Fluency with MS Office, particularly Excel • Ability to obtain updates on policies/procedures that impact related programs • Proven record of success working in a fast-paced, high pressure, deadline-driven work environmentSummary: This position will assist with establishing and implementing quality system procedures, drive continuous improvement, and ensure these systems, procedures, and improvement objectives are adhered to through quality audits.
