About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Complaint Resolution and Quality Assurance Specialist at our office in Uppsala, Sweden. As a key member of the Qualification Services Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer complaints and feedback, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently, and developing initiatives to drive quality improvement. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage customer complaints and feedback through complaint handling systems
* Participate in daily management calls with experts to ensure timely resolution
* Drive quality-related continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality KPIs
* Support creation of valid quality KPIs for broader QS team
* Collaborate with internal and external audit teams
* Foster effective communication with customers (internal and external)

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or relevant work experience
* Familiarity with quality assurance principles and practices
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Ability to work collaboratively in a global environment

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in:

* Experience with Qlik, SFDC, and Veeva
* Knowledge of Lean tools (like DBS) and understanding of Cytiva products
* Previous work experience in a global setting

Estimated salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.
