Accelerated Sales Engagement, Sr. Specialist

SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) is a comprehensive Incentive Management / Compensation Management platform that maximizes sales performance with effective sales planning, automated processes, and impactful incentive compensation management. We are seeking Accelerated Sales Engagement (ASE) candidates to focus on the exciting growth of SAP Sales Performance Management. The ASE will be responsible for executing on SPM GTM to achieve budget and build a sustainable, repeatable business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  1. Lead the planning, design, due diligence, and implementations of strategic business objectives to successfully reach SPM goals for the region.
  2. Manage the full sales cycle. Act as a trusted advisor in sales cycles.
  3. Support SAP's Customer Value Journey and identify expansion opportunities in our existing customer base.
  4. Own/provide direction to strategic account plans.
  5. Assist in creating and executing on demand generation programs to support SPM goals.
  6. Partner across SAP Industry AEs and IBUs to build and expand relationships with key executives.
  7. Develop category, industry or regional specific points of view and growth strategies.
  8. Develop and deploy enablement sessions for internal and partner sales teams.
  9. Assist in securing SPM renewals and drive increased transactional SPM upsell revenue.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. 5 to 7 years of meeting/exceeding quota at a SaaS provider.
  2. Experience in selling cloud solutions with a strong focus on generating new business and growing existing business.
  3. Strong expertise in selling Sales Performance Management solutions to C-Suite and Business Teams.

Compensation Range Transparency: The targeted combined range for this position is 132,000 - 281,400 USD. The actual amount offered will be based on education, skills, experience, and other factors.
