Responsibilities

The Site Selection Analyst will be responsible for developing financial, labor and logistics models, researching and gathering relevant data to populate the models, implementing best-in-class processes, coordinating the advice and analysis of our technical professionals and external stakeholders, managing multi-state projects, negotiating economic development incentives and utility riders and advising our clients. You will team with clients to identify, analyze, and prioritize multiple sites and model various scenarios to make the best choice possible for operation's future growth.

  • Support overall corporate business development goals in identified market sectors.
  • Aide in strategy development, complete research and prioritize potential customers.
  • Initiate and maintain client contact and build strong strategic relationships.
  • Develop thorough understanding of client's needs and strategy.
  • Ensure accuracy of information in CRM (Client Relationship Management) software.
  • Assist in the development of proposals and presentations and brochure materials.
  • Provide advice, liaison, planning, etc. to prospective and current clients.
  • Liaison with other personnel throughout the Company to assure that the overall Walbridge message and identity is consistent across the Enterprise.
Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least three (3)+ years' experience in economic development, commercial real estate transaction management, site selection consulting, business locations services, brokerage or equivalent experience.
  • Good listening skills to understand client needs, translating their vision into actionable plans. This involves analyzing and prioritizing multiple sites based on factors such as workforce, demographics, geography, compliance, construction, supply chain, utilities, logistics, taxes, and incentives negotiation.
  • Excellent negotiation experience.
  • A willingness and ability to travel; travel is estimated up to 60%

  • Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Passionate about enhancing customer experience and driving continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt to evolving project requirements.
