Compiles and maintains administrative and clerical work for the Bachelor of Applied Theology (BAT) and Honors Programs by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Helps implement the BAT and Honors Programs’ marketing strategies and shepherd projects (print, audio, visual, social media) to completion and release.
  • Corresponds with BAT and Honors applicants to ensure a smooth application process.
  • Communicates with BAT and Honors students regarding their class registration to ensure they maintain enrollment in required classes.
  • Assists with planning, set-up, and execution of BAT and Honors cohort development events.
  • Coordinates related calendar matters.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Dean of the School of Christian Ministries, Assistant Director of Applied Theology, and Director of the Honors Program.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position could be responsible for assigning work and/or giving direction to part-time Student Workers, in order to complete office work assignments.

Physical Demands

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
