Salary Range: $50,000-$65,000 per year
Overview
Remarcable’s Technical Support Team assists our Customer Support and Supplier Integrations teams by setting up the data flow systems and monitoring the daily information flow, alerting the teams of any issues and working to resolve same. They help with identifying, communicating and resolving EDI (electronic data interchange) and API (application programming interface) integration issues. They also play a role in creating explanatory documentation for client users, and helping to propose IT solutions based on client needs. Reporting directly to the Chief Engineer, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing startup and make a significant impact on our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Customer Success and Supplier Integration Managers in integrating Remarcable with various contractors and suppliers in the distribution industry to ensure the smooth flow of data
- Set up and troubleshoot EDI/API integrations
- Interact and coordinate with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Gain an understanding of common distribution ERP and accounting systems to assist in client integrations and support
- Update and improve integrations with existing trading partners
- Monitor daily electronic information exchange and alert team of issues
- Create/edit technical documentation for the use of clients
- Experience with electronic integrations between different software and database systems - EDI, API, Punchout, etc
- Excellent and demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly – is “tech savvy”
- Looking to broaden your horizons in the technology industry
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related IT degree
- Experience in the construction or distribution industries would be an asset
- An inherent curiosity with the desire to dig deep to solve complex problems
- A client service mentality, with the adaptability and willingness to collaborate openly with other people
- A sense of ownership in the work that you do. Strong work ethic and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Remarcable salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Remarcable’s total compensation package for employees. Other components may include: PTO, Medical, and a Bonus plan.
