About The Role

We are looking for Project Managers at multiple levels to join our Strategic Advisory Services (SAS) team and oversee project activities across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment with client goals and milestones. You will manage processes such as procurement, risk management, and document control, while leading the development of project management plans and procedures. You will have flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, coming into the office for mentorship, client and team collaboration and will report to SAS leadership.

Our team works for a variety of clients including water/wastewater, transit and transportation, and environmental planning and compliance providing owner’s, program, and delivery advisory services. You Will:

  • Oversee project activities across multiple disciplines, including owner’s advisory services, procurement, construction management, technical engineering services, strategic communications, Equity & Social Justice (ESJ), outreach and engagement, and other functions.
  • Expertise in ensuring understanding of client goals through comprehensive project scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, work package planning, and process oversight, while maintaining accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of project management plans and procedures, supporting efficient project execution.
  • Ensure comprehensive project schedules are developed and aligned with milestones and client goals.
  • Provide expertise in contract analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments to enhance project planning and execution strategies.
  • Participate in business development, RFP support, and client presentations, contributing to department growth and project pursuit efforts.

Project Manager: 5+ years of progressive multi-disciplinary project management experience.

Senior Project Manager: 10+ years of progressive multi-disciplinary project management experience.

General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience overseeing owner’s advisory services, procurement strategies, construction management, technical engineering services, strategic communications, Equity & Social Justice (ESJ) initiatives, and outreach.
  • Expertise in ensuring understanding of client goals through comprehensive project scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, work package planning, and process oversight, while maintaining accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Alternative/collaborative delivery experience is preferred. Prefer GC/CM (i.e., CM/GC or CMAR).
  • Experience with contract analysis and the ability to perform constructability reviews, value engineering studies, and risk assessments.
  • PMP or other relevant certification is preferred.

Compensation Information: Base salary for this position will depend on the role.

Project Manager in the range of $95,000-$125,000+.

Senior Project Manager in the range of $125,000-$150,000+.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
