Corporate Treasurer

The Corporate Treasurer will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of Lummus Technology. This position requires a strategic financial leader with a strong background in treasury management, financial planning, and risk assessment and will contribute to the Company’s success by managing the company’s capital structure and reporting, ensuring efficient liquidity and banking structure to support its global operations while controlling all aspects of treasury activities, including supporting internal business partners, and cash flow forecast/actualization process. The Corporate Treasurer will maintain excellent relationships with banking partners, insurance companies, rating agencies and collaborate with the finance teams to generate periodic reports.

• Global liquidity management, investment management (money market funds), capital optimization, and cash planning/forecasting.
• Lead capital market activities and execution of transactions (e.g. public and private debt, and equity raises).
• Bank relationship management (e.g. bank operations, credit facilities, debt covenant/compliance management). Will be responsible for relationships with major credit rating agencies.
• Lead corporate Enterprise-wide Risk management (ERM) program.
• Drive full SOX and other regulatory compliance in all treasury processes and activities at all times.
• Lead the corporate market risk management program (e.g. foreign exchange risk, interest rate risk).
• Lead and develop treasury and other finance personnel.
• Work closely with CEO, CFO, and Senior Management across functions, providing thought leadership to help achieve corporate objectives. Work with/advise board of directors on specific projects as may be required.
• Serve as member of the Global Finance Leadership Team (FLT).
• Oversight for corporate tax function and tax optimization.
• Financial reporting for treasury related activities (daily, weekly, and quarterly).
• Drive digital adaptation in treasury, minimize costs, and drive efficiency across treasury processes.
• Participate as a plan fiduciary on the company’s 401k committee.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Designations such as MBA, CFA, CPA, or CTP are strongly preferred.
• Public Company Treasury experience is a strong plus.
• A minimum of 15 years Finance experience (with at least 10 years in treasury) is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (including US GAAP), financial statements, SEC and other regulatory reporting.
• Familiarity with capital markets (previous IPO experience is a strong plus). Established relationship with capital market and banking communities.
• Excellent oral communication and written skills, and the ability to interact/present to board of directors/senior management of the company are required.
