Community Manager

- Execute social and community engagement initiatives across key communication channels (Social media, Website, Discord)
- Build, manage and cultivate relationships with community of players in-game and on various platforms such as Social Media and Discord
- Create and host in-game events
- Write engaging content to promote game updates, events and promotions
- Monitor player feedback, sentiment and trends and provide ongoing analysis and reporting to inform game development decisions
- Work closely with the LiveOps and Development teams to identify and action core issues or opportunities
[Qualifications]
- 4+ years of previous experience in a Community Management or similar role, preferably within the video games industry
- Experience developing / executing content strategy across social media and web platforms
- A passion for games and a knowledge of the MMORPG ecosystem
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in social media writing and best practices
- Must be able to communicate reports and feedback through clear presentations and email
- Knowledge of essential Discord management and functions
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly, take initiative and “get things done” approach
- Analytical and curious – interested in exploring new ways to communicate and measure engagement
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Prior knowledge of NCSOFT games
- Experience with video and streaming platforms, such as Twitch and YouTube
