Who We Are Looking For: As a Recruiting Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our recruiting efforts in both administrative and recruiting tasks. You will work closely with all team members to coordinate activities, manage communications, and maintain accurate records.   • Interview Coordination: Function as one of the primary point of contacts for scheduling interviews, demonstrating a customer-centric approach in all interactions. Coordinate all logistical aspects of interviews including virtual meeting invites, in-person invites, and links to candidates’ information.
  • Candidate Communication: Proactively communicate with candidates to provide clear instructions and guidance regarding interviewing logistics, demonstrating professionalism. Provide clear and timely communication throughout the process.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and organize feedback from interviewers, ensuring comprehensive and consistent data is collected.
  • Debrief Scheduling: Collaborate with the Recruiters on candidate feedback and next steps in the interview process.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationship with recruiters, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders, working collaboratively to meet hiring goals while prioritizing candidate satisfaction.
  • System Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), Paycor. Assist with maintaining open job requisitions in ATS and other recruiting platforms. Ensure job descriptions are current, compliant, and maintained; partners with Recruiting Manager to write/edit job descriptions as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Seek opportunities to enhance the candidate’s experience and streamline our interview scheduling and logistics process. Assist in process improvements/documentation and contribute to elevating our recruitment practices.
  • Recruiting: Utilize various recruitment channels and platforms to actively source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Administrative: Partner with our travel agent to book travel arrangements for candidates interviewing on-site.
  • Assist with other projects as assigned.
Requirements For Success:
  • The ability to communicate with candidates in a professional and timely manner, acting as the “face of the company” throughout the candidate’s experience.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a natural ability to manage competing priorities
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems.
  • Familiarity with basic recruitment marketing concepts, through social media.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well with others under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 2+ years’ experience in an HR administrative role/Recruiting Coordinator role is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
  • Handshake & Paycor experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in MSOffice and Outlook required.
