Job Purpose

The candidate will work with LNG Operations and transportation companies to ensure LNG liquid is adequate to sustain operations.

This position requires interactions with both internal and external stakeholders. The ability to work in a dynamic environment with competing priorities is a must. This position requires an individual with excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong change management capabilities. Additionally, this position requires the candidate to develop bids and proposals for work to be performed at LNG facilities.

Follow-thru and Follow-up are characteristics that this candidate must possess to be a success in this role.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for managing LNG Transport deliveries to LNG Plants & Portable LNG Operations facilities. Must be able to schedule in advance and be able to adjust to shifting demands of customers.
  • Must work with Plant Personnel to ensure adequate LNG levels in all LNG facilities and support Portable LNG Operation’s needs.
  • Understanding of all authorized transport companies’ contracts and requirements.
  • Compilation of data from plants to produce vapor and boiloff reports.
  • Independently work with trucking companies to ensure proper accounting of all LNG deliveries at LNG Plants and Portable LNG facilities.
  • Update and maintain records to ensure proper tracking of LNG deliveries at all facilities.
  • Must have acute knowledge of plant availability and number of days per month available to deliver (Holidays, weekends, etc.)
  • Create purchase orders.
  • Validate and reconcile transport company invoices.
  • Complete all other operational administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or at least 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Background in Logistics Coordination of fleet/truck equipment preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and/or priorities.
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, able to make independent decisions with a high degree of confidence.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and present detailed data at a high level.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Data Analytics using tools such as Power BI, SAP and Ariba are a plus.

MA Salary - $75,000 - $88,000 a year
